We are mov ing to spain and looking for properties to buy in and aound Malaga region from owners direct no agencies, any help will be very much appreciated

 Might be a good idea to let us know specifically what kind of help you are looking for. Also, any specific criteria for properties - beach, town, size, type etc etc?

Try renting first you mite not like Spain but if you insist on buying make sure you use a good lawyer and that the property is fully legal and has a Escatura / Fin de obra / Licence of occupation / Epc / don't hand any money over to anyone other than your lawyer/ if the property you are buying is on a unfinished urbanization or unfinished building site then please do not buy walk away from the deal the builders a notorious in Spain for not finishing as they promise in the contract I.E they usually take your money and run good luck leave your rose tinted classes behind when you are looking be practical and I mean very practical.

Renting first is a good idea - there is lots to rent.

 2 bedroom 2 bathroom aparatment or Penthouse will be ideal
