Dear Dai,

Thanks for yours - the "under" "over" thing is quite understandable -  to me particularly (I would have to think long and hard about the equivalent Spanish words ).  

But if that's the case, if I were you, I would be asking for a copy of the local weather station report and go from there.

Dear Acer,

Sensibility may have prevailed in respect of our communal satellite dish.

A person from the Community's insurers came with and engineer yesterday to look at the problem.

All being well, the repair will be covered and if not, perhaps we will have a precise reason as to why not.

We live in hopes.
