Hello have no money for lawyer, but need info.
My company has stopped trading as a sl company, but made me sign paper work to say that i resign from the contract that was on under the sl company. This was only written in english, so is this legal, and can i go to fogsa for any payment due, like redundancy. If did not sign then as they are still working in Spain, but have now taken us on under english contract, would not be given work when here is any.can any 1 tell me if so what to do thanks.
