Aqualandia

Can anybody tell me how to get Aqualandia to reduce the intrusive volume or at least change the music. Twice a day, everyday. It is driving us up the wall and we live a mile away. I have been to the Town Hall but they only get them to turn it down for a couple of days and then it starts all over again.

Good luck, It's only the most important business in Benidorm so it shouldn't be too difficult :) You are going up against Aqualandia, Mundo Mar y Terra Mitica and the owner is French! The only thing that comes to mind is to find out what the legal noise limit is, hire a notaire and go and do an official noise measurement, place a "denuncia" and then go and see if the press are interested in the story, which I don't think they will be.
I think it would be easier moving house!
