I advertise my villa on this site and I think there is a scam going on. I have had 2 requests to rent and they are insisting on paying by 'check' also the messages don't add up....to me anyway. So be on your guard fellow owners, there are too many scoundrels out there ready to get there hands on your dosh or even your house and belongings!
I would be interested to find out if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
