Mercers Estate Agents, Made our dream come true.!

With the current financial climate in Europe we felt that now was the time to buy our place in the Sun.  Given our ages we didnt want to wait to see what happens to propertyprices so having looked round for 18 months and considering the Pound v the Euro exchange rates we set out on 3 viewing trips and chose a location where we wanted to buy a holiday home.

We met several Agents and viewed property and  opened a Bank account in Spain as we need to borrow a little towards the purchase. To cut a long story short everyhing went pearshaped with the Bank at the last minute when we were looking to complete. So we reverted to a cash sale and it all went through couple of months ago and we are now owners of a Holiday Home at Camposol near Mazarron. All this would not have been possible without the fantastic support we received from the Estate Agents Mercers.

Our contact Claire Curren was just fantastic and helped us through what was a daunting process in Spain given the system of Notarys and the Legal Complications. Mercers went a lot further than the extra mile and without them we would not have reached happy conclution when we got the keys in September.  No one is prompting me to write this review but I felt praise is due here.Thanks to all at Mercers Costa Calida in difficult times you are doing a great Job.
