I bought new KIA in APRIL and was promised a user manual in English. I have been back to the dealership so many times I have given up and bought one on e bay. The dealer is just not interested. He sold the car end of story. No after sales care at all. Just hope the servicing is better. I have ever e mailed kia HQ in Madrid . NOTHING.

I bought a new Kia Rio in February from main dealer in Cartagena. "Manuel" my amigo salesman provided a manual in english within a week. Maybe it was the model you bought there wasn't one available?

To late now bought the manual . It would only take me 30 sec also on ownersmanual.UNFORTUNATLY at the time they did not have my model Venge 1.4 MANUAL 2012.

It might be that your model is a Kia VENGA not Venge.
