If it is for access to a community area, I suggest you ask your community President or the Administration. Sometimes there is just one appointment supplier, who knows the operating code and you need an authority from the community to purchase a remote.

If the community doesn't control issue of these (not sure why they should as parking spaces would usually form part of the property and be on your escritura) you should be able to have your remote copied at a locksmith. We paid €29.50 to have a copy made, we used a cerrajera in town, it can cost more if you go to one in a shopping mall. If you lost yours maybe you can borrow one from another resident to get it copied?
