How To Save Money Traveling In Europe

I have just read the the article on the above. I would like to know if anybody can tell me what are the chages if you use a spanish debit card to pay for goods and sevices or withdraw cash in say in another European country.

All bank have their own charges for their services, thus you would need to ask the bank or banks which you are considering using.
I have made 'special arrangements' with a couple of Spanish which resulted in low charges than those which normally applied. Each manager has considerable discretion, just like in UK.
