I wonder if anyone can help me, i have worked for a resturant for two years i was on contract before they sold out, i was lucky to be kept on for another year. i have just finished my contract with the new owners i need my contrats for the previous owners, i have got thier solictors details but when i approached them they would not give theses to me i have got all my nominers, Can anyone help me as i need these to qulafiy for social.

Have you tried speaking to a gestor about this?  I am sure they would at least be able to advise how you can go about getting a copy of your previous contract.

Failing that, try Myra at Costa Advice Bureau as I'm sure she'll know what you should do.
