form 210 ------ No Stickers

I am about to complete forms 210 for my son and daughter in law. I have a couple of blank forms but no stickers.
It used to be that one could either use a sticker or just write the name and address.
1. Is it acceptable now just to write it in ?
2 Or has anyone used a scanned sticker (from an earlier 210/214)
