Scooter Hire Licences

 Hi all

I am planning to start a scooter hire business as there are none in the area., I am aware that I need an office to operate from (take bookings etc..) and there is a minimum amount of vehircles required to operate such business. Does anyone know what licences are required to operate a vehircle hire business? 

I am aware tourists on scooters can be an anoyance to local residents so business name and number will clearly be visable on all vehircles so unresponsible users can be reported and vehircles recovered.

Also to tie in to the business I am considering a Mobile service and repair for Scooters and small motorbike in and around the local area. 

Any information and opinions on my ventre would be greatly appreciated. 

You really need to consult a reputable gestor. Any answers you get here are going to be hearsay, and to start such a venture you need to be absolutely certain of the legalities etc. Good luck with it.
