Just started considering.......

 Hi!

To cut a long story short, I moved out of the Uk back in 2006 and moved to Bulgaria. I bought quite a few properties and have renovated several. After 3 or 4 years in Bulgaria, end of relationship, property market stagnating.....decided to relocate partly to France. 

Now work ski seasons in France and go back to Bulgaria for summers. However we are considering getting somewhere for the in-between periods (May and then October/November). 

We are hoping to maybe negotiate an exchange of a villa or two (or three) in Bulgaria for a place in Spain. Ideally we would like to be somewhere close to the French border - south. 

Don't know much about the area.

Good luck with your plans. I am on the coast in Marbella so I can't tell you much about that side of Spain.

I can for sure give you some hints and tips if you are considering the south coast.

 Certainly all tips are welcome as know little about Spain at the moment. Would be helpful to know hot to go about buying safely, what to avoid etc. Looking for non-touristy area really. Just somewhere to put a mobile or where we can camp and explore regions. Hoping for fairly close to French border but.....
