Is there a time limit in making a denuncia? ie How soon after the offence does the denuncia have to be made?

It largerly depends upon the nature of the 'Offence' or infraction that you are looking to denounce. I would expect there to be a certain amount of reasonable leeway, but as far as I am aware the only time limit applied when making a denunica is the 48 Hour period between getting your reference and visiting your local police station.
