Hi all

IT'S MCC FOR US, We did'nt just jump in we had a good think about it

Huma gave a 10% discount but price's are higher so we have spent more but feel we have good value for money,

have a good plot of land approx 150 m2 so room for a pool (more  money )

spoke to some residents all very happy with the build and with the site aswell

still delays on shopping centre bars and restaurants ect been promised a start aug 08 but people there wont hold thier breath,but they say it will happen at sometime

same for the 9 hole golf course (phase 3)

because of this we wonder that when acc gets the go ahead how long will the whole project take ,the opion of an agent we spoke to upto 7 years as mcc is already 5 years old the agent live's on mcc and has a lot of client's  at acc

taking huma to court for our money back looked a long process so this felt right for us ,but i don't say it's a route for everyone

i do think it's worth a look

Mazarron town is very spanish about a 10 min drive as is puerto de mazarron  15 min drive people are very nice, good range of restaurant's and bars

cartahena 15 min's a more modern town with wide range of designer  shop's  and plenty of little back streets to get lost in

i've probably missed out a lot so please feel free to post any questions i'll do my best to answer

he was also on the residents committe

Was there alot of properties of different prices ranges to chose from on MCC and was they key ready or still under consruction.

Hi chelsea, not to many plots left if you buy with huma, but we saw several private sales from 131,000 euros,

the reason we delt with huma is they transfer our deposit from acc to mcc

andrew did'nt speek the words 7 years,

we were reading between the lines in our conversation with him about the time mcc is taking now over 5 years,and the shopping area won't start untill aug 08,plus acc does not have the go ahead yet but it was the general feeling with other people on mcc that  7 years is a accurate time scale a lot of people think untill acc goes ahead and hua starting getting monies in that mcc will still be delayed, the term robbing peter to pay paul is used a lot

Thanks for the info, we are going to the MCC in March to have a look at exchanging, how did you find it all................... and was there many villas for sale.

Hi folks

We transferred from ACC to MCC and completed on 23rd Jan 2008, however to qualify for the 10% off you must transfer from ACC to MCC Huma key ready properties only, most of which are on manzanna 36 and there are only a few remaining. Great location with tremendous mountain views.

It was a stress free process and Huma very helpful through every step, must say we didn't bother using our agents, just dealt with Huma direct. 

To get appreciation of the develoment and what is available / resales its worth looking at Cross Boarder properties.

Hi everyone.

                     We have just transferred to Mazarron Country Club.  We have bought a bungalow on Manzana 36 with 10% discount and free preinstallaton of air conditioning.   We have been waiting for almost four years for ACC and we decided enough was enough.  The transfer process was very easy, just sign a cancellation contract for ACC then sign a new one for MCC.  We complete in April.  We think there are still a few left for sale,

OUR CHEQUE FROM HUMA HAS JUST BOUNCED AND WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. OUR SOLICITOR PRESENTED THE CHEQUE AT CAM BANK ON 25 TH FEB AND THERE WERE NO FUNDS TO PAY IT.

THERE ARE OBVIOUSLY PROBLEMS WITH HUMA AND CASH FLOW.
