have taken a few photo"s of acc 2 days ago, not looking too bad there considering, even the cranes look as though they have had a new coat of paint!! everybody is awaiting the decision on the levante area which includes acc,  will upload pictures if anybody interested, but judging by the tone of the recent posts maybe i should hold on a while!!!

rose and i also bought on acc and decided not to transfer to otcc, thank god we did not! we are presently renting on huerta nueva and it has given us the opportunity to really study the pros and cons of buying in spain, my advice to anybody is RENT FIRST!! we certainly would not consider buying at the moment, in spite of the agents telling everybody "this is the best time to buy"!!!!
