I couldn't actually find the Q on ACC. However, I did only look on - line.
What did strike me as interesting was that these magazines which have on - line sites (and there are a list of them - google living in Spain or Spanish living etc..) all put a very big positive spin on buying in Spain and more importunately the status of the property market. Which apparently is fantastic right now !!
Most articles were way off course on the reality saying how buoyant it was for sellers and buyers......and painting the rosy picture. In particular, they speak so highly of the off - plan trouble free purchase and how to avoid the pit falls.
I was truly amazed at how much biased the articles were. See what you think. I may be just me that has been too close to all the negatives for far too long.
Guess it's a way to sell magazines.
