Spain's Blogger Granny dies at 97

I am buying in Block 6 and have not been to visit since June 07 so wondered if somone could  give me a general update please.

• Is the Electricity, Water etc all connected?
• Are  the Pools useable.
• Is their a Community set up, and if so who do I contact please. Is there one for each block or one for the whole development. what are the monthly fees?
• I was horrified when I saw the size of the Planeters that block the view form the master bedroom and have been told by my lawyer that each block can en masse agree the replece these with a see through barrier instead as on the rest of the terrace. Has anyone looked into this please ?
• Are the gardens / communal areas being maintained by the developer or any manintence company?
• Has anyone been able to use  or let out their property yet.

Any info wold be apprecaited.

I have 605 and 707. I had the water and electricity connected in both properties without any problems.

The pool for block 5 and 6 is still not filled with water although it seems to be finished.

I will enquire about the community next week so will let you know.

Gardens seem fine to me.

I have just returned from Calanova Sea golf block 2.  The pools all now are filled but some could do with a clean.  the main builders have now left the site I understand, but was wondering if anybody had tried getting an internet connection and with what sucess
