We are buying 5-2-2 and are being pushed to complete by November 30th.
When we visited the site in August we were astonished to see large cracks, some big enough to put your hand in, across the front of Block 5 due to subsidence, particularly towards the swimming pool end of the block. We were told that these cracks were cosmetic not structural problems but we have not seen any official confirmation that this is the case, or any indication of what is being done about the problem.
Do any other Block 5 buyers have more information about this?
