Is there anybody out there who can help us??
When we completed on our apartment in Block 3 we were given the wrong key for the portal door. The key we were given opens the portal door on the opposite end of the block to where our apartment is located!! We have been chasing the developer for months to get the correct key, but we still do not have it. They are now saying we must talk to our Solicitor, but she has only handed out the keys she was given... Having no key is causing our key holder major problems as the door is now always locked and they are having to climb over the railings to get into the lobby each time they go to our apartment!!
We are at the low numbers end of the Block, the one farthest away from the entrance gate. Is there any other block 3 owner who can help us? Do you also have the key for the wrong end of the block and would like to do a swop OR can someone lend us a key to get it copied?? We can obviously provide proof of apartment ownership. We know this is a strange request, but we are desperate for the right key and the developer is just not helping us.
