Gas bottle wanted...

I know that several owners at CSG are considering renting their apartments on a short term basis. It might be an idea to get together. Even if you decide to use different management companies it is still a good idea to have additional marketing and most companies encourage this to generate those valuable extra weeks. Perhaps a website with several properties might be more eye catching than marketing your own individually. A proffesional website comes at a cost which could be spread amongst  the owners.

I dont think that many of the 270 apartment owners subscribe to this forum but a pro website which comes up on search engines would attract more owners to add their properties for rental.

Just to reiterate, this would initially be a supplement  to your own rental management arrangments.

Several owners have sent me a pm on this subject, please accept this reply as an answer to your questions.

The website would be used to give Calanova Sea Golf a higher visibility on line and to allow potential clients to access details of your homes in one place. Once registered an owner would be given a secure log in which would enable them to manage their own property. ie upload photos, apartment description and edit the personal calendar. In effect the administrator would provide the tools and the owner would add the data.

A "Click for more details" link would allow the client to contact you directly. Your transactions will be private.

10 apartments would be a good number to obtain but it could be done with just two if possible
