"The electricity has now been changed over. The aircon company will now come back and test/repair any faulty units in the near future. They could not do this until now as they thought the limited elec was causing the problem. The community areas will be up & running by the beginning of March apparently as there was a problem with one of the pools which is being fixed and the garden is being maintained now. There is a community meeting on 19th March but the where and when are yet to be decided. The post and rubbish collection will not start until the street names are in place and that is being done by the townhall. Pilar has said she will keep me updated."
