Hi Folks,

Visited the site yesterday and took a total of 68 photographs! Just to make sure that everybody has something to look at I made sure that I covered all the phases (including phase eleven).

Took some photographs inside the showhouse also.

Too many to upload to this site so they are on www.esendionline.com/calasdelpinar.html along with all the previous ones.

Hope you like what you see.

All the best to all

Stu

Hi Stu,

Fantastic, thank you so much. We are buying on Phase IV north and can almost see our house on the photo. Phase 1 is looking great. Is the show house open for anyone to view? and is it a 3 bed semi? We are visiting in February and would love to be able to view the show house ourselves, just wondered if we needed to make any special arrangements.

Thank you, Stu! Managed to work out our house from the pics. We'll be out in April - certainly a huge improvement on the field with three pegs in November 2006 when we were last out.  If you could arrange to build the new Murcia airport that would complete the job.

Thanks for your kind words everyone.

The showhouse is available for anyone to view - just call at the sales office and ask, they will then accompany you. Hard hat needed to cross from fence to house (5 yards!!!) and they only have 4 hats so you may have to do a relay to get in if there are more of you.

It is a 3 bed semi on phase 1 - the extreme top left corner house as you look at the phases plan.

Also there is usually only one person in sales office so if she is showing someone around the office will appear closed - so check in both places as showhouse is about as far from sales office as you can get.

Regards

Stu

Hi Stu

Great photos thanks for the work. Seeing so much progress Im tempted to get on the net right now and book a flight down. It's starting to look like we will have a wonderful place there after all the waiting and frustrating.

Thanks again Sean and Margot Phase 8

PS Does anyone know if there is a 3 bed semi available - cant get an answer from the office despite wanting to spend some more money with them!!

Hi Stu

what a great help these great photos are, like sean & margot we feel like going tomorrow. We now just hope as we are fully confident there are no more hold ups, we have bought on phase 7 but with all the phases we are still not sure of a final date. But when we see great photos like these of the site who cares, great work Stu and many thanks.

                                                            Cheers Mick and Pam

Thanks Stu. We can't get down there until April but these photographs keep me going.

Whatever happened to the beautiful wooden front doors we were supposed to get?

We are taking our original specification with us when we visit in March, as you say what has happened to the solid wood front door!

The photo's how progress, so you never know we may be having our welcome to calas del pinar party before too long.

I really like the white & blue but I understand we don't have a say in what colour our house is, so I'm trying to like them all so I'm not disappointed. We're buying on Phase 4 so I should know our colour quite soon. I can't wait to get over there next week and take a look.

We were shown the Peinsa development near Roda as an example of build quality and they had lovely front doors but I understood there would be differences in the spec, e.g.the kitchen isn't the same style, and the tiles on the stairs aren't as stylish which is a shame but I'm sure once we're living their these things will be secondary to the quality of life we'll have over there. I can't wait to move.

The wooden doors are in my specification list. We were told the exteriors would be the same as the Roda development  and the interiors were like the Ribera development.  Can't say I like the glass front door and since a lot of these houses will be left unattended for a lot of the time I don't see the same security. Don't mind the colours.  And given a few years most of the houses will be obscured by bougainvilla.  Lovely!

Posted a couple of pictures of Puerto Morgan in Gran Canaria, the houses are very similar and its amaging what a few bushes and trees will do to soften them.

They are stunningly beautiful there and not unlike Cals Del Pinar in design.  I'm told the duplexes sell for 500,00 euros there.  But I'd still like my solid wooden door. LOL

We would too - it would make a big difference.  The colours are very strong, and a bit of a shock at first but I expect the bright sunlight will soon fade all the colours.

Hi Folks

I have uploaded 3 photos taken in a development called Senorio de Roda which is a sister development to CDP and is also built by Peinsa.

I think one of the attractions of this development is the colour scheme. You can see this development from the air if you are flying into Murcia San Javier 9it's right next to Roda golf).

Can you imagine if we had 600 houses all painted the same colour??

Anyway these 3 pics will give you a good idea of the finished product.

Regards

Sean
