Weather is a little mixed - just had some more rain - but still quite warm. Pool will be a little cool I suspect (too cool for me anyway!) but children don't feel it much. We were in the sea a couple of times at the weekend and that was good.

Mossies not too much of a problem but still a few about.

You should be warm enough in the house.

What number are you? Hope to bump into you during your stay.

For all of you who have yet to do the snagging at your property - or, indeed, even if you have already snagged.

Be aware that part of the tiling in the shower room (downstairs) is unsafe. The raised area to the side of the shower base has its upper surface tiled with WALL TILES which are extremely slippery when wet. The specification for these tiles states that they are unsuitable for flooring.

As this is an area which gets wet and/or is stepped on with wet feet it should be tiled with non-slip floor tiles in order to prevent accidents.

Peinsa seem reluctant to change these tiles so the more people that include this item on their snagging lists the better.

As far as I am aware phase 3 is complete and habitation licences have been issued. Certainly there are many properties now occupied on all the first three phases.
