Completion of phase II

 The current situation: usage exclusively for phase II owners.

I suspect that due to the actions of the occupant of SS and his gate he now has an unsightly fence directly next to his apartment.  Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.  I am sure that this could have been avoided but never mind.

Let's hope that the developer gets on with sorting the pool out now.

I would love to know how the phase 1 and phase 2 swimming pools are going to be monitered. How are they going to know who is from what phase, especially holiday makers. Oh, I forgot to include the people that were using the phase 1 pools last year that were neither resident, non-resident or holiday renters. They just found it convenient to use our facilities free of charge. Maybe we could have snipers on the roofs to take out any serial offenders:-)

Have the plans been carefully looked at, regarding the new dividing fence. Is it on our land. It's incredible how the developer can put in such a high fence at ground level, yet when we questioned him about the perimeter fence (about 2 foot high ) when it was being put up around our block, which has a 30 foot drop, from the so called ground floor level, we were told there is nothing wrong with it. We could step over it. We had to pay out of our own pocket along with the other owners on the ground floor level to heighten it. Once the developer has your money, he couldn't give a toss. You have been warned, phase 2 owners.

How can anyone approve that pool when the entrance footpath (on an incline) leads straight into it - ridiculous!!! This is just another example of how useless our developer is!!

If anyone needs any work done in phase 2 gordontrimby@yahoo.com is fablous he is an english man living inSpain. His work is 100% and loads of people in phase 1 used him and no one can fault him or his work.

We are wondering because of the date at short notice, because I guess that not a lot of phase II owners can´t  attend to the meeting, like us and we have no time to react, to send an sub-agent  ...

Our questionaire is for example the clearification / decision for the following points, which were just discussed in past for the phase I:

- installation of satellite antennas

- WI-FI hot spot for phase II

- security

- pools

I got the information from the letters which where posted in the hallways of phase II blocks. I'm not sure how long this information was available, but my best guess is that they were posted Friday or later. So hardly any notice; don't know if this is legal.

Just wondering how block 5 in phase 2 is doing?  unfortunately we had problems which are now sorting themselves out and wonder if there is anything available there.  I lreally loved that apartment!

We are in Don Juan and right now I am looking at people swimming in phase2 pool. A few days ago I was talking to a neighbour in phase 2, he said they had got a key to let themselves in.
