I have had a PM from a member expressing concern about putting up all our lawyers addresses on the web. I anyone is concerned about this please feel free to send the address to me by Private Message. Also please be assured that the message sent to the lawyer will come from me - it will state that I am in contact with around 50 other owners through the internet but it will not identify EOS or who supplied the e-mail addresses.

The latest development regarding the developer and the bad-mouthing of Max, his company and the administrator is very strange to say the least. The sooner a stop can be put to this kind of thing the better.

We discovered that Arrohabitatage were asking lawyers to use their powers of attorney to give them purchasers proxy votes for the community meeting on the 8th November. I sent a letter with details of what the developer was wanting to do and asked them not to give them the votes as it was not in the interests of their clients.
