Hi Solgre,

Yes , they come and re program the WIFI connect router and antenna for free , takes them about 45 mins, Once this is done the internal router acts just like a normal home router and you can connect as many devices as you want without needing to log on each time , its great , just pay them for the internet period you need and your router comes alive automatically.

I wish Id done this at outset. :-)

Hi Jenx,

Thanks other people at don Juan have recommended same. , I just called Y internet at their offices below , got through to a very helpful English speaking lady. She has arranged for one of their engineers to visit my apartment and they will reprogram the original WIFI Connect router and Antenna. So Job done, I  wish I called them first rather than wasting my time with WIFI connect.

Hi can anyone help me with getting an internet connection at Don Juan?

I have been emailing and contacting WIFI connect since 17th of June and despite numerous emails and calls they don’t seem to be interested to provide any service. This is disappointing considering the investment of the hardware and installation of their router and antenna etc...

Any info would be appreciated.

See  "Spanish" restaurant below "Bodega El Tapeo Andaluz"  which is a few 100m past the main cobbled square on the paseo at Los Boliches going in direction of Fuengirola.

They have a proper chef who does great Tapas all "fresh cooked" from scratch. Not cheap but also not expensive for what you get which is very nice. This is now on my favourites list aong with Los Marinos Jose in Carvajal and Los Enebros in Los Boliches.
