We are wondering because of the date at short notice, because I guess that not a lot of phase II owners can´t  attend to the meeting, like us and we have no time to react, to send an sub-agent  ...

Our questionaire is for example the clearification / decision for the following points, which were just discussed in past for the phase I:

- installation of satellite antennas

- WI-FI hot spot for phase II

- security

- pools

Happy new year to everybody in DJ,

we just returned of our Christmas Holiday from Gran Canaria and went to my office. There I got a message of someone, who pointed out that the constructor got the Licencia de la Primera Occupation and want to fix a date for the Escritura. Tomorrow is a day off (holy three kings) in Spain, so I won´t be able to call anybody. Can anybody confirm this issue?

Hello Solgre,

this what you have point out sounds like the oficial NIE-Number. Every non-resident will get it from the police (not the local police in blue uniforms). This NIE-Number is for free and it takes more or less 1 week to get them after filling out the form.

This with the bank account happened to me. I transfer money and went down to Fuengirola and I couldn´t get them from the bank, due the police has closed the bank account. The bank need the NIE-Number to open the bank account.
