Our downstairs neighbours to be have a wireless router. I am hoping that when we go out, we can "bung them" a few Euros every time we are out there to be able to use their connection to access email and the like. May be worth seeing if you have any full timers near your property that would allow you to do the same? Would be a good stop gap until you can get it brought up at the meeting.
