Dear all,

I'm in block 41, still waiting for my courtesy visit.  I've got used to the fact that there are delays and am not too concerned, but noone seems to be able to tell me why there are delays.  Does anyone know who can provide an answer?   I'm in touch with KeyMare who are very quick at responding, but seem unable to provide any explanation.
