I have not slept at all after being told I still own the pink house which I bought in 2002 and sold in 2004 and not abrick laid. I loved the village so much bought another place here.
What worries me is the the people who bought do not have a clue, and I got this from the horses mouth Palmera yesterday. So when the day comes for signing and they turn up the builders will not release the house to them.
Now what do I do keep my head down and let them sort it out, or sign and then Im liable for all fees and will have two properties in the village.
And I only found this out after trying to help another couple who had bought a resale, thinking I was home and dry.
