Customer services contacted me via email, as I asked again for an update on the completion of my villa I purchased off plan 4 years ago, below is there reply. Can any one point me in the right direction with regard towhat I do next, I am not after a refund, I am after my villa. any one know of a good english speaking solicitor?
I went to see this villa just before xmas this year and although the place was not ready, it seemed to be moving along fine, 2 years behind, but what the hell ? I was contacted in jan this year to be told I will have to take my villa off the market as completion was close, Now I get this reply below.

Mr. Wiltshire,
We still do not have the exact date for completion on this development. Due to all problems with the builder we will have a legal department operative as of September and they will be able to give legal advice to clients as to the situation on this development.
Please, note I will not be available as of next week and for the whole month of August. I will not be able to see or reply to emails.
