I have just returned from Spain having visited the building site with a view to buying a house there, mirador told me to look at this web site so it’s my first time I have been on,
They tell me that they know who most of the people posting info on the site are.
I asked if there were any properties for sale as I interested in buying one, they say that there should be in the next few weeks when they start calling the buyers in to sign, as some of the them will not complete, he showed me 5 that could be for sale.
They told me some will not complete because they are taking legal action against them but said that there were around 75 that would complete when asked.
Thy say that some of the people had bought more than one property and would not be able to raise the cash so were using stalling tack ticks to hold the completion but this would not be a problem to the ones that wanted to sign.
Having read through this web site, I have to say that in my opinion some of the entries tell me that some of you do not want the building to be finished, one or two appear to be like ostriches with there head in the sand, these must be the ones that have bought and did not sell on early enough and are catching a cold. Mirador say that over 50% have been sold on so the ones that are stuck must not have been happy with a small profit and are coming unstuck.
At the beginning of this week the only thing left to finish the site was the shower by the pool that was being worked on then every thing is completed.
I went to the Town Hall; the licence was almost complete with the electric the only thing outstanding. I think that might be clear now, as I have seen on this site that the lights have been switched on.
It looks to me like some of you that think you are superman could be in for a bumpy ride
I must say that I have not seen a web site like this before, it is not a forum just battle ground surely everyone is entitled to an opinion and this should by respected by others, I wonder what it will be like when some of you go to the site community meetings, I will have to find a tin hat if I buy on the site, UP 4 IT please send me an email with your house number so that I do not buy one next to you

DEAR STAN

I would be happy to reside in peace and harmony living next to anyone including  Jack the Ripper in the lovely village of Fuente de Piedre. .It would mean an end to all the problems and contraversy surrounding the site    It would also mean my retirement investment was intact and in order ..it would mean the long wait was finally over   All i want is what i paid my deposit on. So I wish you well with your prospective purchase Should we be neighbours you are more than welcome to visit

I would estimate Stan's age at roughly 11. He is trolling and has no intention of buying anything. If his earning capacity matches his grasp of English grammar, then he doesn't have tuppence.

Actually, it wouldn't surprise me if he were an agent of Mirador/Palmera.

Wibbleypants.

After reading your messages on this site I dont think you are in any position to talk about grammar. The help you seem to have given to this site is not worth writing about.  All  you seem to do is rack the muck, If they are all like you in the Village then its a wonder that anyone will buy there. Unlike you I am not winding people up all the time.

I can tell you that I do not work for Mirador/ Palmera and I could buy 5 houses and not feel any pain in my back pocket

Stan Stead, can I suggest you just go ahead and buy your five houses there and not concern yourself with this forum.  if you are not prepared to see the problems (past, present and potentially future) with this development and immediately jump in on the side of Palmera/Mirador then there is not much you can possibly glean from it.

Looks like Stan has had his FIVE MINUTES OF FAME and gone away. Perhaps he is on another forum saying how rich he is.

I cannot believe he  can jump in bed with Mirador so easily after reading this forum.

If you are still around I hope you don't buy next to me either.

So diificult not to swear.

I quite like stan, he brought a bit of humour into the place. Shame he gave up so easily, we could have had so much fun.

Hi,
Still there and waiting to pick up the pieces from one of the clever greedy investors who didn’t know when to get out.
Wibbleypants I met you a few times when I lived in the village.
Please tell us all that your motive is for posting on this web site, as you know must have one?

Heh. Actually, wibbleypants isn't  my real name.

I have absolutely no motive for posting here. I just happen to live in the village and when I see anything happen or hear any news that might be of interest to these people, I pass it on.

There you go. No axe to grind. I certainly wouldn't want to *buy* one of those rabbit hutches. Even though I could easily afford to buy the entire urbanisation on my CajaMar debit card.
