Yup. There's an electicity substation, a toilet shed and a sales office. They've started digging holes and stuff like that and making plenty of noise as is what the spanish like to do. Strange thing is they've only fenced off an area that's about a quarter of the total available, so it's a very small "phase". Perhaps it's something to do with the archeological (sp) dig.
