Posted a few new pics of construction progress to clubhouse/phase 3 & also a couple from Roda's fiesta, really well organised and fun, Giant Paella one sunday afternoon along with free drinks and then a Horse "racing" evening which was a delightful display of Horse showmanship.

p.s has anyone got a clue as to what the spider is, it took up residence outside our apartment for a while & it's HUGE!!!!!

i am just new to the forumand Roda, this is a little "off topic" but i saw your great website and wondered how you found www.rentalsystems.com to work with , do they get you many rentals and does their booking system work as well as it looks?

Just wondering if any of you have used MRI to do your snagging list and if yes how did you find them?.

Has anyone any good photos of phase 3?. We bought on phase 3 B and it's starting to get exciting now that people on phase 3 a are completing in early Jan. Hopefully, we won't be too far behind!

Have just returned from Roda, I've posted a few pics of the Clubhouse which is looking really good, and phase 3a & 3b.

Couldn't resist putting an updated pic of our apartment on Phase 1 though just to show how  well the gardens are becoming established, ours is ground floor right at the top of the steps, ** EDITED **

I have also checked out this website and whilst the information seems to be current this website is very definitely NOT an official Roda/Calidona website and appears to be little more than a promotional website for a company called Calida International Properties who "sponsor" the site. So owners be careful as the views expressed thereon are only those of someone who is involved in selling and renting in the area and can only be taken as such.

Legitimate Roda information is provided by their own website which is www.rodagolf.com or if you want information on the area we have found www.murciaturistica.es very helpful.
