Hi Perse, I own a Tilo apartment and they are as follows; ground floor 2 x apartment, back to back, first floor 1 apartment, above which is a two floor penthouse. So in a single block there will be 4 apartments in total. Obvioulsy there are semi-dtached blocks, buth they will have the same 2x, 1x, 1x format in height.
