Superb shots, hope we can live up to this standard when we try to do the same in March. Difficult to judge the scale on the map. if you had a guess the journey time by ferry from Roda to the beach club, what do you think it would be?

just returned from a few days at Roda and have uploaded some photos, 1st one is of our phase 1 apt, but have posted 3 of phase two which from this angle looks to be progressing well.There is also 1 of the Clubhouse progress & 1 of phase 3 from rear of golf course.

Did you go for the RODA furinture package in the end ?- I think you said before that you were

Did you pay for any extras or are the leather sofas and flat screen TV / sun loungers included in the package that costs the 14k?

The kit out does look very high quality. I had seen the show apartment pictures but it does seem to differ from yours in final style. Can you choose from within sofa colors etc.?  I was a bit concerned at what looked like a cream textile sofa in the pictures that I saw and I wondered how it would stand up to the wear and tear of short term lets but if you can get a leather option in choclate as appears in yours, that would be much better.

Hi Alan,

We decided not to have the Roda furniture pack as we wanted something a little different & had similar concerns as you regarding the ware & tear of the furnishings.

When we viewed the show apartment we did ask if it was possible to change a few things ie the sofa but unfortunately not and there is no choice of colours. What you see is what you get!

Just uploaded some photo's of our visit to Roda.  The photos are of our townhouse on phase 2, our son in the storage facilty in the under ground parking area and general photo's of phase 1.

Have just returned from a few days at Roda where there has been frantic activity from the gardeners throughout phase 1, seems they've been upgrading the landscaping and have put border shrubs alongside terraces - to define boundaries I think, and more shrubs around the pool areas.

They have also been adjusting the sprinkler system, so for those of you who thought you'd sussed out sprinkling time...............
