We´re out at Roda NOW!!! Hoping to complete tomorrow so very busy time, got some good photos of outside our phase 1 apartment-looking very good now the landscaping is taking shape and will post on shared photos on our return

just another 4 photos of phase 1 uploaded.ive got another 2 of where we drove thru roda "city centre" and were greeted by approx 400 sheep. it was like a free car wash. great fun all the same. roda is fantastic and without a doubt every property will increase in value by 25% in the next 2 years when the beach club and hotel are complete. just bought in phase 4.from ireland by the way.

Sorry me again!!! Just put on 6 pics that our agent from Remax had sent to us. They did a pre inspection for us and said it all looked good. Of course when we are over next week, out will come the fine tooth comb

Came back on the 24th , loads of pics (98) but I am making a pigs ear of getting them on the site. Think I must have stored them on my pc in the wrong format. Fingers crossed will get them sorted by this afternoon.

This is very spooky!! Sometimes it works sometimes not. All my pics a jpg so don’t know. I have some really good shots but they won’t up load. By the way the rooms are the new show apartment, not the show house.

Hi all have posted a few photos taken during our stay in Jan - have been told there is always one wet week in Jan - lucky us!!! Roads turned into rivers and trees uprooted by strong winds!!
The shot of the pool shows how much rain fell, the lake was empty when we arrived, still did great for the grass & landscaping.
Roda is looking great , nice view of mountain from phase 3, and street signs erected around the resort
