I don't have any photos but have seen the work as I am down in Roda at the moment. The new golf club and clubhouse car park is really great and goes right down to the practice putting green ie just the short walk beside the 9th green to the clubhouse which is good for us more senior residents. We also used the saunas in the members changing rooms after our golf on Friday, which are fantastic, but only for use by golf rights owners and their guests.
The lorries had all moved across the open ground on Friday and appeared to be working on what we can only assume are the sports facilities. I also saw some tractors and diggers working on Phase 4 when we used the back gate exit and they were working on the open ground not on the villas so maybe something happening there as well. We ate in the clubhouse on Friday night and the new menu is really great with some good menu deals on offer from 12 euro. Service was really quick and the atmosphere was nice with a good number of diners there too.
I was speaking to Moyra, the President of Phase 1 yesterday and understand that Calidona are making a full report of what is happening with regard to all the promised facilities at the various AGM's which are coming up this month.
