hi, at last   we have  found this site detailing all the problems invoved with fuenta piedra phase 1, like you we are pulling our hair out over all the issues we have experienced since purchasing (our linked villa with garage)we now have a town house with no garage. we are going to spain to see our lawyer in spain on the 11th jan and wish to inform them of the issues you have uncovered since they are not aware of what you have stated and would appreciate any written imformation that you have.  regards jenny

as you can see from this board there are two areas where litigation is possible, action against the developers Mirador and action against the Estate Agent (Palmera in most cases) for mis-selling.  All court action is slow and expensive but I and a few others are willing to club together to pay for it.  Most people in this board are working with a Lawyer in Malaga, Patricia Morales Sevillano, http://www.pmsabogada.com, although my lawyer is local to the site in Antequera (www.manzanares-es.com).   I have spoken to Patricia and plan to join her group representing about 15 buyers when and if litigation becomes necessary against Mirador.

The issues against Palmera are separate and there already grounds to sue them as I understand it. These issues are more complex and harder to quantify however since no-one has the deeds to their promised property as yet. If you send a private message to 1sav as offered in the previous post on this site he will give you more information (If you have not already done that).
