Hello to all.

A few of us are going to Malaga on Tues 29th for the second batch of Fuente de Piedra potential owners to launch our action against both Mirador and Palmera. I will be going to the Fuente site and will report back. I also need to go my bank in Benalmadena so will see if palmera headquarters are still going, though I doubt it.

If I can manage to not have my camera stolen again this time I will put more photos on this site.

Haven't got a letter yet, but i did get an email a few weeks ago asking me to contact the completions dept to arrange a final price. I phoned my solicitor Patricia and she confirmed that she has told Palmera and Mirador by burofax that they are not to contact me as legal action is being undertaken,. Patricia said that she would tell them again.

Lo and behold I was left a similar message to you on my landline this morning. I then received a call on my mobile this afternoon.

Completions dept told me that the licence has been granted and the properties will be available in 4 weeks, I told them that I had been told that on and off for 3 long years. they said they could hardly believe it as well but the bank says it is true. I have informed them that they need to speak to my solicitor, Patricia.

My friend did receive the spanish letter that was posted on here the other day. Patricia has told him to ignore it.

So. It seems to me that Mirador or Palmera or both are desperately trying in many ways to hassle people into signing for the properties.

Why. Do they need cash quickly to reimburse the people who are going to court, or do they just not care and are badgering us.

For those of you who are going to complete, I wish you luck. I do understand that you have waited five years and cannot wait any longer. For those of us that are going to court after having our Spanish dreams shattered, good luck also.

PS Well done to Patricia Morales, she is doing a great job

Looks like Stan has had his FIVE MINUTES OF FAME and gone away. Perhaps he is on another forum saying how rich he is.

I cannot believe he  can jump in bed with Mirador so easily after reading this forum.

If you are still around I hope you don't buy next to me either.

So diificult not to swear.

Hi all.

Peter and I (Shane) visited the site mid April, we were let into our places by sales girl. They need all electrical fittings, some need fronts concreting and all need a bit of painting here and there. Not much really, she said a month but no way as hardly anyone on site.

Got some good info from her. First : there will be no kitchen at all. Second : aircon is going to be installed in the lounge and main bedroom. Third : small electric heaters are going on the walls in all other rooms. Fourth : An ugly 400 200 alarm contol is plugged into a socket in the lounge with a few motion sensors in house. Fifth : Telephone points are preinstalled. These are our comfort pack which cost 12000 euros, I would say more like 3000 euros tops.

The pool she says is going to be plastic and arrive on a lorry and be installed in two days. Sounds like a quality bit of kit.

The driveways on all but the detached houses are so short, I would be surprised if a mondeo size car would get on. The gates have to be opened across the path and road or else once the car is in you wouldn't be able to shut them.

An estate agent was on site at same time as us still selling them to some poor unsuspecting person.

We drove from Alicante to Malaga and back to see Fuente and Patricia (our solicitor), lovely lady who is now pursuing our claim.

Unfortunateley I have no piccys to post as I had my bag robbed on Torrevieja beach, they got new camera etc and hire car keys, then went to car park and took car. Nice eh!
