no, you have taken it the wrong way. when my mum and dad are not on site, both , myself and my parents would need someone if our property was rented out. Because you are a few doors down, it means you would easily be able to keep an eye on the houses and get them ready for rentals.

The place is big enough for more than 1 person to handle rentals, myself or my mum is not trying to take away any of your business, think most people will be looking for some income when over there, just thought it was easier to keep things between neighbours than taking in a company to look after our houses whwn we are not there.
