Looking for Key holder / cleaning and laundry service

Can anyone recommend someone to clean our apartment & launder the bedding and towels prior to our arrival?

We visit the complex a handful of times a year and on occasions, family and friends use it too.

We tend to manage the exchange of keys in the uk but going forward we may rent out our apartment further and require the meet & greet/handover service.

What are prices for these services like?

Please do not use an illegal keyholder or the "next door neighbour" - they are not insured and many rip you off

Ask yourself why would you trust a stranger with no regieterd business with such a valuable asset

Hi Ghavami do you have an email address or website for them please? If they are based on Terrazas and are a reasonable price we might consider going with them.

Also does anyone have any comments on Housemaids? I've seen them parked up on the site and when you look at their key holding prices it seems extremely cheap compared with others.
