Hi, there is a couple of builders just doing the odd job, but nothing big. There isnt much in the way of materials there either just what was left over from block 273. They have made an additional small concrete platform on the roadside but no idea what it is for. I guess the first job is to rip off the concrete columns not used in the new "blue" design.

Block 273 looks to have all the major work completed. There's still a few people coming to do finishing jobs in kitchens, etc. The block finally got electricity yesterday as I noticed that the emergency lightshad power last night. However I don't think that the water main is connected as there is a temporary hose running across the car park to the water cupboard.

Although the crane has gone, they have made a bit of a start on the last skeleton (274). Whilst finishing 273 they have concreted under one half of the block, plus tarmaced half the car park. I'm sure they wouldn't spend money on these if they weren't going to finish the block. They will probably start again in the new year.

Hi Krystof,

My place overlooks block 273 and they do seem to be working on it now. When  was there last week most of the doors and windows were in. The aircon units were delivered. The ground floor units look like they are just about ready for painting. If you choose to buy, make sure you get the estate to confirm in writing that you will be supplied a post box. Our block had to buy our own after many broken promises.

Tdlt is a great resort to buy on, its just that the developers dont necessarily deliver on their promises.
