There is a laundrette by the big petrol station / store in Balsicas with the drier machine.

Also there is one in Roldan opposite,the,tiene21 electrical shop.

Hi All

Just wondering if any one knows of a good, reliable plumber to carry out a proper job in my bathroom.

There seems to be a  leakage on my bathroom drain due to some broken /leaking pipes.

I can only agree with what has been said about Mapfre very poor customer service.

I have tried to get intouch with them directly, and ask them about my next year content insurance fees with no success.

one can get access through Resortalia office if need be.

Hi Anneli

The shop is called TIEN 21, as you drive through Roldan , it is situated on the corner ,near where the AGM is going to held at.

I bought 3 Panasonic air con units with inverter, these units cool and heat. I wanted a quiet and efficient units . I have one for the sitting room and one in each bedrooms , I found them to be adequate ,they come with remote unit which you can use the timer , to set it to switch on/ off when you want.these units come with 2 years guarantee as well.

As far the cost it all depends on what you are after. I paid € 700 for one including fitting .

There  are other  local companies providing the same service .

I am arriving on Monday ,you can drop by and see it for yourself.
