BBVA and Caja Murcia - Money refunded without a bank guarantee

We have just reached an agreement with BBVA to refund any deposits paid into their accounts, regardless as to whether or not a bank guarantee was issued. This is a very important step and comes after many years of hard work on the part of our company.

Great news, it looks like the banks are realising that interest payments are a fact now and have woke up to the fact.  Congratulations, we as a group have our deposits back from bbva and are waiting a judgement on our interest and costs. I hope that new claimants get their cash back quickly with minimum expense after this news.
