Nerves - What are the keys to a successful move and staying and enjoying Spain

Just so you dont all make the mistake I did, I called this gentleman to try and find out the information that he was stating. Turns out he was just trying to sell me his taxation advice!

why is this person seemingly allowed to be selling a service,i note that on some of the other threads his comments have been censored?

i personnly just want to know if anyone has recieved bank bonds???as  i was told by finca parcs that phase 1 bankbonds were all but complete in january but have not managed to locate any of these new home owners,something doesent seem right ,i was promised my bonds in august of last year and i am still waiting,i have also requested a contact at cam bank that my solicitor can speak with direct,but to date all i have got is contact at the developer(who im sure will tell me what i want to hear just to fob me off)Has anyone got any solid info on anything for this project

just a quicky . I have received both my bank bond and a copy of the building licence, and I do not know what solicitor you are using to find out any relevant information, because my solicitor said he was very happy with the legal information that he had received to date. And as we all know nothing runs to date in Spain , so I feel comforted by the guidance of my solicitor.

I suggest you ask yours what is he doing for his money!!!

I am new to this forum, and have been looking at the discussions that you have all been in. I have purchased on phase 5 of Finca Parc, about 12 months ago. Before I purchased I was given a fantastic presentation by my Agent, and was shown a Virtual movie of how the site will look once completed.

I have bought for an Investment opportunity, and hopefully will have a return once sold. Before I Paid my deposit to the Developer, my Agent informed me, that they could help me re-sell my property before the completion date, and final payment would be required.  They advised me that putting the property in a UK Company would make the transaction of this a lot simpler, as everything could be done from the UK.

This sounded great to me, but I could only benefit once the Developer had increased their pricing. My Agent has been in continued contact with me and is progressing with my Bank Guarantee all the time. They also informed me, that at the start of January 07 there was going to be a price increase on the site, due to the Solar Panels and other improved specifications. I was delighted with this, as I was told that my Property would have the additions included, but at no extra charge. After 3 months of waiting the Developer has now increased the site pricing, but also offers 2 pricing, depending on which phase you are on.
