                     I am happy to let you know we have received an e- mail attachment from the developers of Finca Parcs today showing a copy of the building licence granted for phase1 dated 16 /3/07. I am sure you all will be relieved and delighted as we are that things seem to be going ahead.

Hi all,

we have purchased a property on phase 2 ,we are still awaiting bank guarantees and new completion dates(original date sept 07).I have been chasing the guarantees for months now and have on numerous occassions been told the phase 1 guarantees were just about complete and that they would be starting on phase 2 very soon.Has anyone on  this development got a guarantee??or a contact at cam,i am getting worried in so much as that i only get documents from the developer(the whole idea of a guarantee is to cover you if the developer goes bust?)i paid my full deposit some 9 months ago and was promised the guarantee within weeks,i was then told at christmas they were not issued due to the bank wanting clarification of each plot size ,and now i am told it is to do with new buiding regs??

if anyone has information on the above it might aleviate some of my fears.
