  Im just back from a visit to Las Higuericas and El Romeral.  I have reserved a plot on El Romeral but am a bit unsure about paying the reservation pay with no solicitor therefore I have went through a solicitor to make the payment.  Can anyone tell me how long it took for their bank bonds to come through??

I got the bank guarantee through in about 4 weeks if that helps you.

I am still waiting for my bank guarantee, I signed my contract last MArch.

I am chasing this up now as I am getting concerned.

What project are you on Las Higuericas or El Romeral ??

I have recently heard that the bank guarantees for Las Higuericas will be issued shortly, apparently as the project is now underway all of the plots are being segregated and having their own inscription number registered, this is the number which will appear on the title deeds as well, have you tried phoning the developer in Spain, I'm sure they will be able to give you an answer, I always find them very friendly and helpfull !!

Not sure about the other project as I have no interest in golf.
