Hi, I heard that the banks (IRM), have refinanced part of the deads of Polaris, and that one condition from the banks was to own the town center to integrate facilities as soon as possible.

I know that phase 1  belongs now to Bancaja and that you can purchase with only 10 or 20 % deposit and nothing more for 3 years. I suppose that these form of purchase will help , even if rentals at the moment can be low. In 3 years time things can only be better .

This laywer should be better informed. The licences have not been cancelled. The legal wording that they use here in Spain as "anulado", means that if your provide what they require then there is no problem. If they would have used the wording  "NULO"  only in that case it would be cancelled. The licenes are still valid, that is the reason why they are still working on side, and the enviromental administration that gave the go ahead to the project, will have to provide only one more little document and thats it.

 

Do not forget , that this is the first big project in Castilla la Mancha, and that every news coming out from this project will have always a big public reprocussion.

Try www.fincaparcs.com and click on Parcs News, there was a progress report in July and another one due any time  now according to my agent, apparently there has been great progress on the site during the past month but unfortunately  due to health and safety issues and people just wondering around the site unaccompanied the construction company have banned all visits  until the show house is finished and opened to the public next month.    James M
